Avocado Soup

Avocado Soup

I know this might be hard to believe, but there are days in Minnesota that get really hot. Whenever the temperature gets above 80 the chance that I will make this chilled avocado soup automatically triples. It’s the perfect appetizer for dinner on the patio.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup serrano peppers

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to WildSide jar in order listed and secure lid
  • Select “Soups”
  • Chill until ready to serve

Pineapple-Cilantro Ice Pops

Pineapple Cilantro Ice Pops

Is it possible for something to be frozen and fresh? I think it is, and I think these pineapple-cilantro ice pops are the freshest frozen you’ll ever taste. These ice pops satisfy my sweet tooth and serve up two servings of fruit at the same time.

Ingredients

  •  2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide jar and secure lid
  • Select “Smoothie”
  • Pour into ice pop molds, and freeze for 8 hours
